Jeff Horseman, the County Government Reporter used Dr. Chang?s comments in his article ?Parole Traffic Study Based on Bad Assumptions,? which made it to the front page of "The Capital" newspaper in Annapolis, MD on Sunday Sep 25.

Dr. Gang-Len Chang of the University of Maryland, College Park, said the 150-plus page report on Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole is potentially flawed because it relies on a national standard rather than local traffic patterns to predict how much traffic the $400 million complex will generate.
