Dear William McGill,
Congratulations! I am delighted to inform you that you have been selected to receive the 2006 Student Merit Award from the Economics & Benefits Analysis Specialty Group. The award includes a check for $500 and a waiver of your registration fee for the Society for Risk Analysis Annual Meeting, December 3-6, 2006. This merit award is contingent upon you attending the meeting, becoming an SRA member for 2007, and presenting your paper in the oral or poster session in which it was accepted. In addition, we ask all of the travel awardees to be photographed at the end of the luncheon on Tuesday. Please note whether you accept or decline this merit award by completing the form at the bottom of this letter and faxing a copy to the attention of Lori Strong at the SRA Secretariat so that your award can be processed.

We look forward to seeing you in Baltimore and to your active participation in the SRA.

Sincerely,

Kimberly Thompson, SRA Program Chair
