Dr. Deborah Goodings will be a member of the jury to judge in the World Bank 2006 Global Development Marketplace competition, described below.

The World Bank's Global Development Marketplace program identifies and supports innovative small-scale development projects. This year's theme is "Innovations in Water, Sanitation, and Energy Services for Poor People." More information about DM is available at www.developmentmarketplace.org. A centerpiece of this final stage of the DM is the selection of award winners made solely by a jury composed of 20 prominent external members and 20 senior World Bank managers. Each juror will be asked to review a dozen proposals. DM awards are then the result of collective decisions by the jury.
