Dr. Gerald Galloway was invited to participate in a special US Navy-Center for Naval Analyses-Johns Hopkins Symposium at APL-Laurel on ?Adapting to Climate and Energy Challenges.? He was invited to speak on a panel on ?Adapting Maritime Infrastructure to Climate Challenges.? The co-panelists were former Senator John Warner of Virginia (a former Sec of the Navy) and the Hon. Jackalyne Pfannenstiel, for installations and the environment.
