Civil and Environmental Engineering Department?s affiliate professor, Dr. Jacques S. Gansler was honored recently with the Secretary of Army Public Service Award. Dr. Gansler is the Roger C. Lipitz Chair in Public Policy and Private Enterprise; and Director at Center for Public Policy and Private Enterprise.
