Ray O. Johnson, Lockheed Martin senior vice president and chief technology officer, will be the Clark School commencement speaker at the graduation ceremony on May 23 at noon in the Comcast Center.
Johnson guides the company's technology vision and provides corporate leadership in the strategic areas of technology and engineering, which include more than 65,000 people working on more than 4,000 programs. Johnson also leads the corporation's Advanced Concepts Organization and the Center for Innovation.
Johnson holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Oklahoma State University and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Clark School Board of Visitors.
Ermin Wei, a graduating senior majoring in computer engineering, finance and math, will be the student speaker.
The Clark School's Poole and Kent Outstanding Teaching Award for Senior Faculty and the Faculty Service Award winners will also be announced at the ceremony.
The Clark School's commencement ceremony will be followed by a reception in the Kim Engineering Building for graduates and their families. RSVPs are requested by May 19.
