Abdo E. Kardous, who received his bachelor?s degree with honors from CEE, is senior vice president and managing director of Middle East operations with Hill International and is responsible for managing some of Hill's premier projects. Kardous is a member of both the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Institute of Transportation Engineers. Kardous, who also received a master?s degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, was awarded Hill International's Project Manager of the Year award in 2001.
