On January 25, Dr. Steven Gabriel gave a talk at the The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway. The talk was entitled "A Complementarity-Based Energy Equilibrium Model and a Scenario Reduction Algorithm" and was applied to international natural gas markets. NTNU is a leading Norwegian university producing about 80% of the engineers in that country.
