The Society for Risk Analysis awarded the PhD candidate Mr. William McGill a 2007 Travel Scholarship to its Annual Meeting, December 9-12, 2007, San Antonio, Texas, to present his paper. Mr. McGill is working on risk analysis for the protection of critical infrastructure funded by the Maryland Emergency Management Agency and City of Baltimore under the advisement of Professor Bilal M. Ayyub.
